Straight answers on bookings, payments, changes and refunds.

Making a Booking

Open the flight search and fill in where you are flying from and to, your dates and how many people are travelling. Choose a fare from the list, enter each traveller's details and pay. A confirmation email follows shortly after.

We do. Our travel desk answers around the clock on +971 050 261 5189. Calling is the best route for multi-stop itineraries, group travel and phone-only fares that may not appear in the online results.

You first receive a confirmation email containing your booking reference. The e-ticket itself follows once the airline has issued it. If nothing has arrived, look in your junk folder or write to contact@skysparrows.com.

Yes. Several travellers can be added to a single booking — just make sure every name matches the passport or government-issued ID exactly. Travelling as a large party? Phone us and we will search for the most economical combined fare.

Let us know straight away. Many airlines permit small spelling fixes, though each has its own policy. Handing a ticket over to a different person is normally not permitted.

Paying & Fees

Major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. The exact options for your trip are listed on the checkout page.

Checkout is encrypted end to end, and we treat personal and card information with care. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect and why.

Certain flight and hotel bookings, as well as changes and cancellations, carry a service fee. You will always see it itemised before you confirm. The full schedule is on the Our Service Fees page.

Airlines reprice seats continuously, and a fare is not locked in until the ticket is issued. If availability or pricing shifts in the meantime, the amount displayed at checkout is the valid one.

Yes — the checkout total already covers government taxes, airport charges and carrier-imposed fees. Our Taxes & Fees page breaks these down.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Ring +971 050 261 5189 and have your booking reference ready. Your fare rules decide whether the date, time or routing can be altered. Expect to pay any difference in fare, plus an airline change fee and a SkySparrows service fee where they apply. The Flight Change Guide covers this in detail.

That comes down to the type of fare. Refundable tickets are repaid according to the airline's terms, while non-refundable ones may return only a travel credit — or nothing. Our Cancellation & Refund Guide walks through each case.

When a carrier cancels or significantly alters a flight, it will typically offer an alternative flight, a credit for future travel or a refund. Get in touch and we will go through the choices with the airline on your behalf.

For many flights to, from or within the United States purchased seven or more days ahead of departure, you can cancel within 24 hours of buying without an airline penalty. Call us immediately and we will confirm whether your ticket is covered.

Timing depends on the airline or hotel and on your card issuer. After approval, the money is returned to the card you paid with, and we will update you as it progresses.

A post-ticketing service fee can apply for each passenger and each ticket, on top of whatever the airline charges. Amounts are listed on the Post-Ticketing Fees page.

Hotel Stays

Go to the hotel search, add your destination, dates and guest count, and compare the rooms on offer by rate, review score and location before confirming.

Not always. Properties set their own resort fees, city taxes, deposits and incidental charges, and some of these are collected at the front desk. Whenever a hotel shares this information, we display it in the booking details.

It depends on the rate type. A refundable rate can be cancelled at no cost up to the deadline shown; a non-refundable rate generally cannot be repaid. You will see the cancellation terms before payment.

Before You Travel & Support

Check-in is handled by the airline — on its website, app or at the airport — using the airline record locator printed on your ticket. Bag limits and charges for extra luggage are decided by the airline and vary by fare.

Yes. Every traveller is responsible for holding valid documents, including any passport, visa or transit visa their route requires. Look up the entry requirements for your destination well before departure.

Certainly. We forward requests such as wheelchair support to the airline, and look at circumstances like bereavement, military travel or accessibility needs individually. The airline makes the final decision.
