SkySparrows uses reasonable technical and administrative measures intended to safeguard information submitted through our website, booking channels, and customer service systems.

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers. While SkySparrows takes reasonable steps to support secure transactions, we cannot guarantee that every electronic transmission or online system will remain completely secure at all times.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, payment information, and other access details. If you believe your account or interaction with SkySparrows has been compromised, please contact us without unnecessary delay.

Travel Suppliers & Booking Services

• SkySparrows may act as a booking facilitator or intermediary between customers and independent travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, activity providers, insurance companies, and other travel businesses.
• Travel suppliers operate independently and are responsible for delivering the services they offer. Their schedules, availability, fare rules, cancellation policies, restrictions, and other conditions may apply to your reservation.
• When you request a reservation through SkySparrows, you authorize us to communicate with the applicable supplier and assist with arranging the selected travel service on your behalf.
• Your total booking amount may include supplier charges, taxes, government fees, payment-related charges, and applicable SkySparrows service or processing fees.
• By completing a reservation, you agree to comply with the applicable terms and conditions of the travel supplier associated with your booking.

Prices, Availability & Payment

• Travel prices, inventory, schedules, and availability may change at any time before a reservation is successfully confirmed or a ticket is issued.
• The amount displayed during the final stage of the booking process is the applicable transaction price, subject to supplier availability, fare conditions, taxes, and other disclosed charges.
• Promotional fares and special offers may have additional restrictions, limited availability, or specific booking deadlines.
• Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method made available during the booking process.
• SkySparrows or its payment partners may perform payment verification and fraud-prevention checks before completing a transaction.
• If a payment is declined, reversed, cannot be verified, or is otherwise unsuccessful, the requested reservation may not be completed.

Booking Confirmation

• A request submitted through the website does not automatically guarantee that the requested travel service has been confirmed.
• A reservation becomes effective only after the applicable supplier confirms the booking and, where required, payment has been successfully processed.
• For flights, confirmation may include an airline reservation reference, ticket number, or other applicable booking documentation.
• For hotels and other travel products, confirmation may be represented by a supplier confirmation number or booking voucher.
• You are responsible for checking passenger names, dates, routes, destinations, contact information, and other booking details immediately after receiving your confirmation.
• If you identify an error, you should contact SkySparrows as soon as possible because correction options may be limited by applicable supplier rules.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellation, modification, exchange, and refund conditions vary according to the travel product purchased and the policies established by the applicable supplier.

• Supplier Rules: Airline, hotel, transportation, and other supplier policies determine whether a booking may be cancelled, changed, exchanged, or refunded.
• Service Charges: SkySparrows may apply applicable service, processing, administrative, or support fees for certain post-booking requests.
• Refund Processing: Where a refund is permitted, processing time may depend on the supplier, payment provider, bank, or card issuer involved in the transaction.
• Non-Refundable Reservations: Certain fares, rooms, packages, and promotional products may be non-refundable or may carry cancellation penalties.
• No-Show: Failure to appear for a scheduled flight, hotel stay, or other travel service may result in a no-show and may reduce or eliminate any available refund.

Flight Changes & Schedule Updates

• Flight changes, cancellations, rebooking, and schedule modifications are primarily governed by the applicable airline's fare rules and operating policies.
• If you request a voluntary flight change, additional airline penalties, fare differences, taxes, and applicable SkySparrows service fees may apply.
• Airlines may change flight schedules, departure times, routes, aircraft, or other operational details before or after your booking is confirmed.
• SkySparrows will communicate relevant information to customers using the contact details available in the booking whenever reasonably possible.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing their itinerary and ensuring that SkySparrows has accurate and reachable contact information.

Fare & Price Protection

SkySparrows may occasionally offer promotional pricing, fare protection, or other price-related offers. Any such offer will apply only according to the specific conditions published with that promotion.

• Eligibility may require the same itinerary, travel dates, passenger count, cabin class, supplier, fare conditions, taxes, and applicable fees.
• Special membership rates, corporate rates, private fares, coupon discounts, package prices, error fares, and limited-access promotions may be excluded unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Price-related claims may require reasonable evidence showing the competing fare and its availability for purchase.
• Any applicable price protection is subject to verification and the terms displayed with the relevant promotion.

Limitation of Liability

SkySparrows provides its website and booking services subject to availability and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

• SkySparrows is not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, baggage issues, missed connections, service interruptions, or other events caused by an independent travel supplier.
• We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, government actions, airport restrictions, labor disruptions, technical failures, or transportation interruptions.
• Information supplied by third-party travel providers may change, and SkySparrows cannot guarantee that third-party information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkySparrows' liability relating to a booking or use of our website will be limited to the extent allowed under applicable law.

Travel Documents & Requirements

• You are responsible for obtaining all documents required for your trip, including valid passports, visas, permits, identification, health documentation, and any other required travel documents.
• Entry and transit requirements may differ depending on your nationality, destination, transit location, and travel dates.
• You should verify current requirements with the appropriate airline, government authority, embassy, consulate, or other official source before traveling.
• SkySparrows is not responsible for losses, denied boarding, refused entry, missed travel, or other consequences resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.

Prohibited Activities

• You may use SkySparrows only for lawful travel searches, legitimate bookings, and authorized activities.
• You may not use automated tools, bots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, or similar systems to access, collect, copy, or monitor information from our website without written authorization.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with website operations, introduce malicious code, or compromise the security of our platform.
• You may not use the website to create fraudulent, speculative, duplicate, or unauthorized reservations.
• You may not misuse promotional offers, payment methods, booking systems, or customer accounts.

Termination & Suspension

Termination or suspension of website access does not automatically cancel or modify an existing travel reservation unless the applicable booking or supplier terms provide otherwise.

Severability & No Waiver

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• If SkySparrows does not immediately enforce a particular provision, that does not mean we have permanently waived our right to enforce the same provision later.
• Any waiver must be expressly made by an authorized representative of SkySparrows to be effective.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the SkySparrows Privacy Policy, applicable booking conditions, supplier rules, promotional terms, and other policies referenced on our website, form the terms governing your use of our Services and the travel arrangements made through SkySparrows.
